SD CFAR is pleased to launch the reimagined Work-in-Progress, Journal Club, and Workshop Series—Research Unplugged! Join us on Wednesdays from 4-5 pm PT via Zoom for an engaging session where you can stay updated on the latest research at SD CFAR, collaborate with fellow colleagues, and delve into discussions about the most recent journal articles.
The series includes four tracks. Register for each track separately. Only one registration per track is needed and this will allow all sessions in that track to be imported to your calendar via Zoom confirmation email.

We recently launched Research Unplugged—Caffeinated, to showcase our current and former International Pilot grant investigators and to accommodate the time difference. Please save the date(s) for the upcoming RU Caffeinated presentations!
Approximately every other Thursday 1:30–3:00 p.m. via Zoom.
The Zoom information will be distributed to everyone on the listserv. Talks will be from a range of speakers that provide insight into current and emerging issues in applied HIV research, with a focus on the cross-cutting issues of substance abuse, sex work, and marginalized populations.
Current HIV research is prolific and constantly evolving. To help close the research-practice gap between HIV research and clinical care, the San Diego CFAR and UC San Diego HIV Institute (THI) produce a Seminar Series. These essential forums help translate laboratory and public health research into practical guidelines that improve the HIV care continuum. Please visit the The HIV Institute Seminar Series to learn more and register for upcoming seminars.
To be added to any of these email lists please contact the Division Coordinator:
