Required Documentation

Our training program participates in the ERAS electronic application service and the National Residency Matching Program for Infectious Diseases fellowship match.

A complete application with the following documents are required through ERAS:

  • ERAS Application
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Personal Statement
  • 3 Letter(s) of Recommendation (LoRs)
  • USMLE Transcript (optional)
  • COMLEX-USA Transcript (optional)
  • Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE or “Dean’s Letter”)
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Photo (optional)

To be invited for an interview, International Medical Graduates will need to provide the following in additional documentation:

  • ECFMG Status Report
  • Permanent Resident Status

Eligibility Requirements

  • Clinician Educator Track: US citizens and permanent residents, applicants with H1-B and J-1 Visa are eligible to apply.
  • Research Track: Trainees are supported on an institutional (T32) training grant via the National Institutes of Health (NIH), therefore, applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered.
