Required Documentation
Our training program participates in the ERAS electronic application service and the National Residency Matching Program for Infectious Diseases fellowship match.
A complete application with the following documents are required through ERAS:
- ERAS Application
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal Statement
- 3 Letter(s) of Recommendation (LoRs)
- USMLE Transcript (optional)
- COMLEX-USA Transcript (optional)
- Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE or “Dean’s Letter”)
- Medical School Transcript
- Photo (optional)
To be invited for an interview, International Medical Graduates will need to provide the following in additional documentation:
- ECFMG Status Report
- Permanent Resident Status
Eligibility Requirements
- Clinician Educator Track: US citizens and permanent residents, applicants with H1-B and J-1 Visa are eligible to apply.
- Research Track: Trainees are supported on an institutional (T32) training grant via the National Institutes of Health (NIH), therefore, applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered.
